## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest-growing retailer.

You'll work early mornings, with shifts including Sunday from 06:30-10:30, Monday and Thursday from 05:30-09:30, and Saturday from 05:00-09:00.

As a Customer Assistant, you'll:

- Deliver five-star service at pace, even in high-pressure environments

- Confidently recommend and sell our newest food products to customers

- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive, high-energy environment, supporting colleagues to deliver a seamless customer experience

- Adapt to changing demands, working across various areas of the store

During Christmas, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
