## Description

We are seeking a Field Marketing Specialist to support the Field Marketing Manager in building the local presence of Red Bull in Johannesburg.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Field Marketing Manager to develop and implement marketing initiatives across various channels, including Student Marketing, Sports, Culture, and Communications.

Key responsibilities include:

- Developing and executing marketing strategies to drive awareness and trial among consumers

- Building strong relationships with local opinion leaders and influencers

- Identifying and leveraging sales opportunities to drive business growth

- Collaborating with the Field Marketing Manager to create and support key events and marketing opportunities

- Developing and managing a team of part-time employees

Requirements:

- University degree preferred

- Valid Driver's License

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

- Strong analytical, planning, and project management skills

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Experience in leading teams and managing people

- Strong networking skills and ability to build relationships with local stakeholders
