## Description

We're looking for a passionate Senior Healthcare Assistant to join our ward at The Cherwell hospital in Banbury, Oxfordshire. You'll be given time to care for each patient as a unique individual, and you'll be valued for your skills and expertise. Our ward is busy, and colleagues will rely on your support to deliver the highest quality clinical outcomes in a supported environment.

**Responsibilities**

- Provide high-quality patient care

- Work effectively in a team environment

- Communicate clearly and effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals

- Be flexible and adaptable in your approach to duties and hours

**Requirements**

- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care

- Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines

- Good written and verbal communication skills

- Proven customer service skills

- Highly motivated individual

- Enjoy working in constantly and rapidly changing environments

- Great communication skills

- Flexible approach to duties and hours
