## Description

At AIA, we've started an exciting movement to create a healthier, more sustainable future for everyone.

As a Sr. Manager, Product & Proposition Promotion, you will play a vital part in advancing this movement. You'll focus on product strategy, promotion, and performance enhancement within the marketing, distribution, and partnership team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop and implement localised product strategies and value propositions by integrating resources from headquarters and branch offices.

- Create and promote product training materials tailored to customer segments.

- Expand partnerships with cross-industry institutions to build a high-net-worth client service network.

- Promote ecosystem resources through marketing channels to support high-net-worth product sales targets.

- Enhance the professional capabilities of sales teams through MDRT/COT/TOT and Star Club programmes.

- Design and execute branch product activities and competitions, tracking and analysing their effectiveness.

- Gather feedback from the front line, participate in new product design, and distill unique selling points.

- Drive ECM activities and cross-selling to existing clients.

- Ensure compliance requirements are met and monitor business quality risks.

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing or a related field.

- At least 8 years of experience in business promotion related to sales, with at least 3 years of management experience.

- Key skills include innovative thinking, excellent communication and presentation abilities, outstanding employee coaching and talent development capabilities, problem-solving and decision-making skills, and change leadership.
