## Description

Join our team as a Clinic Manager at Lexington Oaks, located at 5704 Post Oak Blvd, Wesley Chapel, Florida 33544, United States. You'll use evidence-based techniques to transform patients' lives. Your primary responsibilities include evaluating, planning, and administering treatment programs to help patients recover.

**Your Responsibilities as a Clinic Manager**

- Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient, empowering them to exceed their functional outcome

- Establish timely treatment plans for each patient's specific needs

- Meet and exceed your clinic budget through referral generation, increased clinic visits, and appropriate billing practices

- Demonstrate a positive connection with patients, fellow clinicians, and other team members

- Build and maintain relationships throughout the community

**Qualifications**

- Graduate of an APTA or CAPTE-approved physical therapy program

- Management experience preferred

- State Licensure

- Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association

**Compensation & Bonus Structure**

- Base Salary: $85,000+/year (based on experience and market factors)

- Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds

- Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000 available in select locations!
