## Description

We are seeking an Overnight Inbound (Stocking) expert to join our General Merchandise team at Target.

The starting hourly rate is $19.25 USD per hour, with a pay range of $19.25 USD - $28.90 USD per hour.

As an Inbound Expert, you will be responsible for creating an easy, inspiring, and friendly guest experience. Your typical day will include:

- Greeting guests and resolving issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience

- Supporting team efforts and assisting peers in other areas

- Executing a detailed, accurate, and efficient sorting operation

- Stocking, organising, and storing reserve product and straightening merchandise on the sales floor

- Maintaining product availability on the sales floor for General Merchandise categories

- Operating powered equipment as necessary while unloading freight or moving merchandise

- Processing defective merchandise and handling environmentally sensitive items in compliance with applicable laws and regulations

- Demonstrating a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance
