## Description

We are seeking an Executive - Replenishment Planner to join our Supply Chain & Manufacturing team. As a Replenishment Planner, you will play a key role in managing replenishment within the state, collaborating with Supply, Unit, Finance, Logistics, and Commercial functions to estimate replenishment requirements and ensure service.

Responsibilities:

- Work closely with the unit team to handle and execute daily dispatches

- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure truck placements as required

- Collaborate with the state commercial team to use demand signals for better replenishment

- Utilize the replenishment tool to automate and drive seamless fulfillment

- Be a key stakeholder for the commercial team to deliver customer service

KPIs:

- Out Of Stock control

- Cross-functional alignment for daily dispatches

- System Adherence and driving digital adoption

- End-to-end ownership of replenishment plan

- Ensure timely and pre-emptive escalations to ensure seamless customer service
