## Description

The Floor Lead plays a pivotal role on Mejuri's store leadership team, driving store success by upholding exceptional customer service standards, fostering team development, and ensuring seamless execution of daily operations.

Responsibilities:

- Customer: Lead by example, validate in-store customer experience, communicate and train team on Mejuri's Steps of Selling, maximize results and achievement of KPIs, ensure positive customer experience and promote services offerings.

- Operations: Participate in inventory and cycle counts, order fulfillment, storage and organization, systems and technology, shrink mitigation, and escalations.

- Merchandising: Participate in maintaining Mejuri's brand standards of visual presentation, cleanliness and functionality, fixtures and maintenance, visual standards, and merchandising.

- People: Participate in onboarding new talent, assessing employee performance, building healthy relationships, and adhering to policies and compliance practices.

Requirements:

- Experience in a high-volume retail environment.

- Adaptable with creative and quick thinking.

- Excellent organization and analytical skills.

- Critical thinking ability.

- Physical requirements: Ability to stand for 8 hours, lift up to 50 lbs.

- Must be able to work evenings, weekends & holidays.
