## Description

We are seeking a Manager, Financial Analysis to join the Finance team supporting Discover Card Customer Management activities. As a Manager, Financial Analysis, you will partner with business customers on driving strategic business direction that leads to sustainable performance.

Responsibilities:

- Financial reporting and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial reporting, and Profit & Loss (P&L) management

- Presentations to business stakeholders

- Assist in development of presentations to communicate analysis results to senior audiences

- Ad-hoc requests and special projects

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree or military experience

- At least 5 years experience in financial analysis, financial modeling or a combination

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative major (Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or Engineering)

- Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA), Accounting, Finance, or Economics

- Certified Treasury Professional or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) license, or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license or CFM

- 6+ years of experience in financial analysis and financial modeling

- 4+ years experience in financial services, banking or technology industries

- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills or Google Suite

- Strong SQL and Python skills

Salary: McLean, VA: $151,900 - $173,400 for Manager, Financial Analysis Richmond, VA: $138,100 - $157,700 for Manager, Financial Analysis
