## Description

Charlotte Tilbury is seeking Freelance Makeup Artists to join their team. As a Freelance Makeup Artist, you will be part of the Charlotte Tilbury team, sharing your artistry skills and knowledge with customers.

You will be responsible for promoting and creating makeup magic in-store, representing the brand's ethos, products, and image. Your goal will be to drive business through exceptional makeup artistry and customer service, reflecting the brand's values and customer base.

Key responsibilities include:

- Achieving sales targets through creating an amazing customer experience and delivering exemplary service

- Creating brand awareness through product demonstrations and knowledge sharing

- Leading by example to promote exceptional customer service and the Tilbury Touch

- Maintaining a positive and cooperative approach towards work and colleagues

- Ensuring the counter is customer-ready and maintaining excellent hygiene standards

- Assisting with inventory management, visual merchandising, and event execution

Weekend availability is required.
