## Job Overview

We're seeking a Sr Manager, Production Operations to lead our production team at Arc, a company pioneering 100% electric boats. You'll report to the Sr Director, Operations and work closely with a lean, high-trust team.

## Core Responsibilities

- Lead a team of production supervisors, lead technicians, and hourly/non-exempt technicians.

- Own the production schedule end-to-end.

- Identify schedule risks, capacity constraints, and resource gaps; escalate critical blockers and facilitate cross-functional resolution.

- Develop short-, medium-, and long-range production plans considering labor capacity, material availability, tooling, and facility constraints.

- Partner with Quality to ensure production non-conformances are identified, documented, and addressed.

- Identify and execute labor and cost-efficiency improvements.

- Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient production environment with Facilities and EHS.

- Identify skill gaps and develop or procure advanced skill programs.

- Partner with the People team on workforce relations matters.

## Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or 7+ years of experience in aerospace, automotive, aviation, nuclear, or other manufacturing environments.

- 5+ years of experience leading production in a high-quality, precision manufacturing environment.

- Strong technical understanding of manufacturing processes, systems integration, and hardware requirements.

- Track record of building and executing continuous improvement programs.

- Experience working in a startup or high-growth manufacturing environment.

## Bonus Qualifications

- Experience with total cost equation improvement.

- Composites manufacturing experience.

- Familiarity with aerospace or defense quality management systems.

- Comfortable with a fast but sustainable pace.

- Enthusiasm for boating and clean energy.
