## Description

We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the migration of one of the largest financial ecosystems off the mainframe. As a strategic bridge for our users, you will champion the customer onboarding experience, ensuring a smooth transition from legacy environments with minimal disruption.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in five key areas:

- Human Centred: Obsess over internal and external customer needs to reimagine and innovate product solutions

- Business Focused: Deliver game-changing outcomes by focusing on leverage and execution excellence

- Technology Driven: Leverage technology to deliver innovative and resilient solutions

- Integrated Problem Solving: Identify and resolve complex problems to deliver outcomes while mitigating product risks

- Transformational Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams to solve customer problems and drive organisational alignment

Responsibilities include:

- Acting as a strategic bridge for users during the migration process

- Championing the customer onboarding experience

- Ensuring a smooth transition from legacy environments with minimal disruption

Requirements:

- Currently has or is in the process of obtaining a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a quantitative field, Business, or Marketing

- OR: Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 3 years of Product Management experience

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products
