## Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and support complex, cross-functional initiatives. This individual will be responsible for driving projects from planning through execution, coordinating stakeholders, managing risks and dependencies, and ensuring work remains aligned to business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Lead the planning and execution of complex, cross-functional projects and initiatives.

- Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, deliverables, timelines, and dependencies.

- Establish appropriate project governance, meeting cadences, status reporting, and escalation processes.

- Track and manage risks, actions, issues, and dependencies, proactively driving resolution.

- Coordinate across business, functional, and technical teams to ensure alignment and execution.

- Clarify roles, responsibilities, ownership, and decision points across project teams.

- Prepare clear and concise project updates, presentations, and leadership communications.

- Facilitate project meetings and working sessions to drive decisions, alignment, and accountability.

- Identify potential obstacles and work across teams to develop mitigation and resolution plans.

- Monitor project progress and escalate risks or issues when appropriate.

- Partner with stakeholders to define project objectives, success measures, and expected outcomes.

- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure deliverables, timelines, and priorities remain aligned.

- Support change and implementation activities associated with new processes, capabilities, technologies, or ways of working.

- Identify opportunities to continuously improve project execution, governance, and collaboration.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

- Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects or programs.

- Strong project management skills, including planning, governance, risk management, dependency management, and status reporting.

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong facilitation, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

- Ability to influence and drive accountability without direct authority.

- Ability to work effectively in an environment with changing priorities and ambiguity.

- Proactive, solutions-oriented approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

- Project management or change management certification is a must have.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Experience supporting transformation, process improvement, technology, or organizational change initiatives.

- Experience working with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

- Experience working with external partners or consulting organizations.

- Experience within a Project Management Office (PMO), Transformation Office, or similar environment.
