## Description

As a Financial Performance Lead - GB On Trade at Diageo, you will lead the financial performance of the GB On Trade by influencing senior leaders, optimising investment decisions, and driving business performance across complex commercial priorities.

Key accountabilities:

- Own financial performance for the GB On Trade business, connecting strategy, planning, execution, and outcomes.

- Influence pricing, investment, customer, and commercial decisions through strong financial judgement and constructive challenge.

- Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve business performance and strengthen commercial decision quality.

- Drive accountability through strategic performance leadership, ensuring clear actions, owners, and interventions.

- Coach and challenge senior stakeholders to improve decision quality, execution discipline, and value creation.

The ideal candidate will have:

- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent), MBA or equivalent commercial finance experience.

- Typically 8-12+ years of Finance experience, with experience shaping strategic decisions, influencing senior stakeholders, and leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
