## Description

We are seeking a TRICARE Customer Support Representative to join our team in Pensacola, FL. As a full-time employee, you will report to the Market Development Advisor and interact with TRICARE beneficiaries, Medical Treatment Facility (MTF) staff, and other Government personnel to ensure understanding of the TRICARE health plan and Military Health System.

Responsibilities:

- Interact with TRICARE beneficiaries, MTF staff, and healthcare providers via phone, email, chat, and in-person

- Ensure MTF, beneficiary, and provider understanding of the TRICARE health plan and Military Health System

- Work during uncommon duty hours and travel to conduct outreach activities

Requirements:

- U.S. Citizenship

- Interim approval for government security clearance (NBIS)

- Ability to work Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm Central time

- Willingness to travel and work uncommon hours

- One year of experience in customer relations, public contact, or TRICARE, including presentations to groups

- Experience handling high-volume customer contacts in a courteous and professional manner

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience analyzing information, researching problems, and determining solutions

- Experience in healthcare provider relations

- Knowledge of the TRICARE program

Pay Range: $58,700 - $68,200 per year This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan based on company and individual performance.
