## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Falkirk Retail Park Simply Food, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and drive sales growth.

As a Christmas Customer Assistant, you will be working early mornings and providing top-notch service to customers during peak shopping periods. You will be responsible for:

- Delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring customers feel valued and supported

- Maintaining a high level of product knowledge, particularly in the food section

- Utilising digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Adapting to changing demands and priorities in a dynamic retail environment

- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on customers' shopping experiences and contribute to the success of the company.

**Working Hours:** Tuesday: 05:00 - 11:00 Friday: 05:00 - 11:00 Saturday: 05:00 - 11:00

**Additional Information:**

- The hourly rate is not specified, but a £3.00 per hour unsocial premium is added for hours worked between 22:00-06:00

- Due to operational requirements, successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December

- This role is open to applicants aged 18 and above, due to health and safety legislation
