## Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Marketing and Social Media Specialist to join our team at Deutsche Bank. As a key member of our marketing communications team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing content marketing and social media strategies across various channels.

**About the Role** You will lead, plan, and execute social media campaigns, develop and create engaging content, write and edit texts for social media, analyze performance metrics, and optimize future campaigns.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Lead, plan, and realize social media campaigns as standalone or integrated campaigns

- Develop and create target-group relevant content that informs, inspires, and encourages dialogue and engagement

- Write and edit target-group specific texts for social media and analyze performance metrics

- Design newsletter formats and maintain content in our CMS system (Adobe)

- Monitor trends and innovations in social media and translate them into brand- and target-group specific content activities

- Develop investment and asset content for social media

**Requirements**

- Completed studies in media, communication, journalism, marketing, or a related field

- Expertise and multi-year experience in content marketing and social media marketing

- Experience in project management and leadership

- Knowledge of banking and investment topics

- Strong interest in capital market and investment trends

- Entrepreneurial mindset and KPI-oriented working experience

- Very good English language skills

- Team spirit and self-responsibility

- Competent use of AI to increase productivity and solve business challenges
