## Description

In this role, you'll build and own long-term relationships with Agoda's strategic and key accounts, comprised of top-producing hotel partners.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with hotel partners

- Proactively engaging with supply partners to drive mutual growth and maximize value

- Providing consultative services and tailor-made solutions to hotel partners to improve mutual revenue growth

- Demonstrating a data-driven approach to prioritizing tasks and delivering pitches that lead to high conversion for each hotel partner

- Maintaining meaningful and high-frequency engagement with supply partners, including a minimum of one face-to-face interaction a quarter

- Responding to the needs and requests of hotel partners in a timely and effective manner

- Handling both input and output KPIs and achieving individual KPIs with minimal supervision

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

- A bachelor's degree

- At least 3 years of experience in business development and/or account management

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence both external and internal stakeholders

- Experience in internet/e-commerce preferred

- The ability to convince senior stakeholders with insight from data and problem-solving skills

- A professional 'get it done' attitude and work ethic

- Proven success in acquiring, building, and maintaining long-term customer relationships

- Adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Strong proficiency in English and Thai
