We are seeking a Beauty Expert to join our team at Jarrolds in Norwich. As a Beauty Expert, you will be responsible for empowering customers to be the most beautiful version of themselves through exceptional product knowledge, expert artistry skills, and a passion for building lasting emotional connections.

Responsibilities:

- Work at a fast pace to achieve and exceed KPIs

- Build solid relationships with team members and management

- Champion the art of world-class artistry and an impeccable customer experience

- Adapt your approach to activities, customers, and opportunities

- Follow company grooming standards

Requirements:

- Ideally an NVQ-3 in Beauty Therapy

- Experience as a Sales Advisor in a fast-paced environment such as beauty, retail, or FMCG

- Experience in applying makeup and adapting style to different customers
