## Description

Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) is seeking a Senior Integrated Product Team Lead to join the Space Electronics Programs team in El Segundo, CA.

This mid-level role requires strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to build relationships, collaborate in a cross-functional environment, and utilize problem-solving skills to identify and manage risks and opportunities.

**Responsibilities:**

- Leads development of project architecture and top-level plans

- Identifies key program level interfaces between activities, teams, suppliers, partners, and customers

- Facilitates resolution of project issues

- Supports program manager in leading program execution by coordinating program metrics

- Integrates implementation of Program Management Best Practices

- Implements customer and program communication and contact plans

**Requirements:**

- 3+ years of experience with integrated schedules

- 3+ years of experience analyzing data, creating reports, and presenting results

- 1+ years of experience working with planning & scheduling processes, cost analysis, and EVMS

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree or higher

- Technical manufacturing experience in digital/power and RF electronics in a space environment

- Experience creating integrated schedules encompassing design, manufacturing, equipment, and resource requirements

- Experience leading a team who executed government-required Earned Value Management (EVM)
