## Description

Aramco is seeking a Safety Advisor to join the Saudi Aramco Loss Prevention organization (LP).

The LP is responsible for providing day-to-day in-field occupational and process safety support to Saudi Aramco operations, as well as centralized technical support and consulting function. Your primary role is to provide daily support to company facilities and departments, helping them effectively implement the Saudi Aramco Safety Management System expectations and associated programs, as well as assuring compliance to all company safety requirements.

Key responsibilities include facilitating implementation of the Saudi Aramco Safety Management System, conducting field inspections/reviews to assess compliance to company and international codes and standards, identifying safety concerns, formulating solutions, and developing practical and cost-effective corrective actions.

You will also participate in safety studies/activities using risk assessment and mitigation methodologies, respond to emergency situations and incidents, participate in worksite contractor safety management activities, support the reporting, classification and investigation of incidents, deliver Loss Prevention-specific training to employees, contractors, and outside parties, and mentor other LP personnel.

Minimum requirements include a Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited institution and seven years of experience in the oil and gas, petrochemicals, or related industries, or 15 years of relevant industry experience without a degree. You will also have an excellent ability to communicate in English with peers as well as members of management, and be able to produce clear and concise oral and written reports in English.
