## Description

Join our dynamic team in Montréal as a Project Assistant – Vibrations and Instrumentation. You will contribute directly to the success of projects by performing various tasks such as:

- Conducting field activities: installing, configuring, and securing monitoring instruments (manual tools, mechanical equipment, anchors, levels)

- Visiting construction sites and ensuring safe and compliant equipment installation

- Collecting, processing, and analyzing data from vibration, structural, or environmental measurements

- Validating results against project standards and requirements

- Configuring communication systems (cellular, radio, networks, telemetry) and applying computer principles related to data acquisition

- Contributing to the automation or improvement of internal tools (Python, MATLAB, VBA, etc.)

- Participating in project meetings, communicating progress, challenges, and proposed solutions

- Writing service offers, cost estimates, reports, technical notes, and presentations for clients

We are looking for someone with:

- A bachelor's degree in engineering (civil, construction, electrical, electromechanical, geological, mechanical, physics) or equivalent

- Strong manual skills: handling tools, installing anchors and equipment on site

- Interest in electronics, instrumentation systems, and technical environments

- Proficiency in Office Suite and data processing tools

- Functional understanding of computer systems and data communications (WiFi, cellular, telemetry)

- Programming knowledge (Python, MATLAB, R, VBA) – an asset

- Initiative, rigor, attention to detail, and continuous learning ability

- Teamwork and autonomy

- Excellent written and oral communication in French; English is an asset

Salary:

- AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: 66,700 – 88,400 $

- MB & ON: 60,900 – 83,800 $

- NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC: 60,900 – 83,800 $
