## Description

We are looking for a Sr Principal Product Manager, Customer Zero to serve as the connective layer between Workday on Workday (WoW)'s product managers, Product & Technology (P&T)'s engineering and product teams, and business function leaders.

The successful candidate will own the Customer Zero operating cadence, consolidate feedback, lead major internal pilots and company-wide rollouts, and represent Customer Zero in executive and customer-facing settings.

Responsibilities:

- Serve as the primary point of coordination between WoW's product managers, P&T's engineering and product teams, and business function leaders

- Own the Customer Zero operating cadence, including monthly executive updates, scorecards, and cross-functional workshops

- Consolidate feedback surfaced by WoW's product managers and business users into structured, prioritized requests for P&T

- Lead/support major internal pilots and company-wide rollouts

- Own change enablement and adoption for Customer Zero initiatives

- Act as a catalyst for change within our own team

- Design and run multi-day cross-functional workshops

- Represent Customer Zero in executive and customer-facing settings

- Lead cross-functional technology evaluations

- Communicate transparently across all three groups when product or service issues surface

Requirements:

- 12+ years of experience supporting SaaS and/or cloud-based enterprise software products at scale

- 12+ years of experience in product management

- Experience in product or program management, ideally with exposure to both technical/engineering teams and business functions

- A track record of working across multiple product-owning teams without duplicating or overriding their ownership

- Direct experience leading change enablement and adoption efforts

- Strong facilitation and executive communication skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. Master's degree highly preferred.

We offer a competitive salary range of $232,000 - $348,000 per year, depending on location, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
