## Description

As a Senior Associate, Data Scientist - Applied AI at Capital One, you'll join a team leading the next wave of disruption using the latest computing and machine learning technologies. You'll work on embedding Generative AI into core business processes, building enterprise-grade architectures, and delivering AI solutions.

In this role, you will:

- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver Generative AI solutions

- Leverage technologies like Python, PyTorch, LangChain, AWS, Spark, and Vector Databases to build Multi-Agent systems and advanced RAG pipelines

- Develop Generative AI models and pipelines through all phases of development

- Translate complex work into tangible business goals

The ideal candidate is innovative, creative, technical, and statistically-minded, with hands-on experience in machine learning and AI.

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related) with 2 years of experience in data analytics

- Master's Degree in a quantitative field or an MBA with a quantitative concentration

Preferred Qualifications:

- Master's Degree or PhD in STEM field

- Experience with Python, Scala, R, machine learning, SQL, AI, Information Retrieval, Deep Learning, or NLP
