## Description

Figma is growing its team of creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all.

We're looking for a strategic, entrepreneurial Product Manager to help shape the future of Collab Tools, including FigJam, Figma Slides, and Figma Specs.

As a Product Manager, you will:

- Own the strategy and roadmap for one of our key products

- Partner deeply with Design and Engineering to ship foundational improvements and new features

- Synthesize quantitative, qualitative, and market signals to inform product decisions

- Build durable relationships across the team and with cross-functional partners

- Define and run agent evals to measure and improve quality, latency, and cost

- Push the frontier of AI-native product development

- Operate your area end-to-end, from long-term strategy through launch and iteration

Requirements:

- 5-7+ years of product management experience

- Track record of shipping meaningful, well-designed products at B2B companies

- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to develop and defend a clear point of view

- Hands-on experience building and shipping agentic experiences

- Fluency with the latest AI tools and genuine curiosity about their impact

- Strong communication and organizational skills

Nice to have:

- Previous experience in an engineering or design role

- Deeper technical chops or interesting side projects

- Experience at both a smaller company and a more mature, late-stage or public company

Annual Base Salary Range: $169,000-$303,000 USD
