## Description

We are seeking a skilled Composite Trimmer to join our team in Brackley. As a Composite Trimmer, you will play a crucial role in the efficient running of our department, meeting job timescales and demand while ensuring the highest standards of quality.

Key responsibilities include:

- Trimming, bonding, and assembling carbon fibre components using engineering drawings and build manuals

- Checking information on drawings and route card instructions for accuracy

- Contributing to process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency

- Maintaining equipment and ensuring a clean and tidy workspace

To succeed in this role, you will need:

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to read engineering drawings (desirable but not essential)

- Strong verbal communication and listening skills

- Flexibility and problem-solving skills

- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and meeting tight deadlines
