## Description

We are seeking a Match Experience Senior Specialist to lead the delivery of home games for our men's and women's teams. As a senior specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of match days throughout the season, using your expertise in competition regulations and relevant laws.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading the delivery of home games, ensuring a seamless experience for spectators

- Collaborating with key stakeholders to develop security plans for the season

- Working with club staff and volunteers to provide a safe and enjoyable match day experience

- Providing an exciting stadium experience for fans

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of event management experience

- Knowledge and experience of football operations, preferably in J League or university leagues

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Leadership skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong planning and organizational skills

- Ability to empathize with stakeholders and build strong relationships

- University degree or professional qualification preferred

- Native-level Japanese language skills

- English language skills a plus
