## Description

We are looking for a Medical Liaison to join our team in Poland. As a Medical Liaison, you will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with external experts, providing scientific information, and supporting business decisions.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement engagement strategies with key external experts

- Plan and moderate activities with experts, including meetings and discussions

- Build and maintain trust-based relationships with external experts

- Collect information on clinical practice, decision-making challenges, and barriers to collaboration

- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, medical affairs, and key account managers

- Identify and address barriers to collaboration

- Ensure high-quality reporting and data management

- Monitor competitor activities and provide recommendations to support business decisions

Requirements:

- Higher education in life sciences, pharmacy, business, marketing, or related field

- At least 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in a commercial or medical affairs role

- Experience working with key clinical experts and supporting business outcomes

- Strong strategic thinking, patient-oriented approach, and business acumen

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills

- Ability to analyze data, solve problems, and formulate recommendations

- Adaptability, strong teamwork orientation, and willingness to travel

- Proficiency in English
