## Description

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our Composites Manufacturing team in North Carolina. The successful candidate will manage and oversee the execution of one or multiple projects, leveraging a data-driven approach to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery. The role requires collaboration with various teams across the organisation, including Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, Planning, Production, and Facilities.

Key responsibilities include:

- Scoping projects and owning their execution from initiation through completion

- Developing schedules and budgets for projects to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery

- Collaborating across the organisation to deliver results

- Collecting data, building analyses, and presenting findings to leadership

- Translating and driving action from metrics, KPIs, and reporting associated with monitoring project health and efficiency

- Proactively identifying, assessing, and managing risks and opportunities, developing and implementing strategic response plans to ensure successful project delivery

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, manufacturing operations, design engineering, consulting, change management, project management, program management, or engineering transformation. They will possess a high EQ and ability to collaborate and influence across all levels and disciplines to achieve results.
