Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, recommend products, and drive sales growth.

As a Customer Assistant, you will:

- Deliver five-star service at pace, even in high-pressure environments

- Confidently recommend and sell new food products to customers

- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive, high-energy team environment

- Adapt to changing demands and work across various areas of the store

In this role, you will work part-time hours, including Sundays and Saturdays, with potential to work up to full-time hours during peak periods.
