## Description

We are seeking an accomplished operational security engineer with a DevOps perspective to join our team. As a Sr Staff Engineer, Operational Security DevOps, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security of our SimAI platform, from development to cloud-based infrastructure deployment.

**Responsibilities:**

- Implement robust security for the SimAI platform

- Automate and perform security assessments

- Automate Soc2 certification

- Drive external pentests and implement remediation

- Collaborate with SimAI engineering and product teams to design and enforce security

- Stay up to date with emerging threats, regulations, and industry standards

- Be a mentor and advocate for best practices

**Requirements:**

- BS in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field with 5 years' experience, MS with 3 years' experience, or PhD with 1-year experience

- Strong technical knowledge in cybersecurity

- Proven experience securing cloud infrastructure and bettering secure development processes

- Proven experience automating compliance controls

- Ability to secure software IP in an AI-driven era

- Familiarity with AI technologies, engineering simulation tools, and related cloud infrastructure and services
