Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Fashion, Home & Beauty section, where you’ll play a vital frontline role in delivering style advice and five-star service.

We’re looking for passionate, fashion-forward individuals who are ready to drive sales, grow our share in the style space, and help customers discover our most on-trend and fashionable products.

As a Customer Assistant, you will:

- Operate in a high-demand environment, providing excellent customer service even during busy periods.

- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience.

- Maintain high standards of efficiency and effectiveness, balancing speed and accuracy.

- Contribute to a positive store environment, supporting colleagues and working as a team player.

- Adapt to changing situations and priorities, demonstrating flexibility and resilience.

The working pattern for this role is as follows: **Week 1** Monday 08:00 - 16:00 Tuesday 08:00 - 16:00 Wednesday 10:00 - 16:00 Thursday 10:00 - 16:00 Saturday 08:00 - 16:00

**Week 2** Sunday 08:00 - 16:00 Wednesday 08:00 - 16:00 Thursday 08:00 - 14:00 Friday 08:00 - 14:00
