## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Barnsley Retail Park, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, work effectively under pressure, and drive sales growth.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring customers feel valued

- Confidently recommending and selling M&S Food products

- Utilising digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Contributing to a positive team environment, supporting colleagues to meet customer demands

- Adapting to changing store demands, working across various areas as needed

As a Customer Assistant, you will be expected to thrive in a fast-paced environment, remain sharp and focused during busy periods, and go above and beyond to serve customers.

**Working Hours:**

- Monday: 12:00-16:00

- Tuesday: 12:00-16:00

- Saturday: 12:00-16:00

**Additional Requirements:**

- Due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
