## Description

We are seeking a Project Supervisor, Bioanalysis – Clinical Research (Immunology R&D/Validation) to join our team in Québec.

As a member of our Clinical Solutions team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality bioanalytical services to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to supervise and coordinate the activities of the bioanalytical unit, ensuring that projects are completed on time and to the required quality standards.

**Responsibilities:**

- Plan, organise, manage, and monitor the activities of the bioanalytical unit

- Prepare, revise, and approve project-related documents

- Collaborate with the resource manager to ensure client deadlines are met

- Provide technical expertise and guidance to laboratory personnel

- Interact with the technical/scientific team and management to establish priorities

- Communicate project plans, progress, and results to stakeholders

- Inform internal/external clients about the division's areas of expertise

- Represent the bioanalytical unit internally and externally

- Ensure team members receive necessary training

- Contribute to budget preparation and monitoring

- Participate in the development and analysis of performance indicators

- Identify opportunities for process improvements

**Requirements:**

- Diploma in Sciences with 3-5 years of relevant experience

- Post-secondary education in a related field may be considered

- Bilingualism (English and French) with strong written and verbal communication skills

- Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Word, Excel, and analytical software

- Experience in immunology and regulated environments is an asset

- Experience in managing technical personnel and working in a bioanalytical laboratory

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
