- Meet and exceed sales goals through knowledgeable product demonstrations

- Create brand awareness and drive customer engagement

- Deliver the 'Tilbury Touch' to every customer interaction

- Build lasting customer relationships through personalized service

- Contribute positively to a cohesive and inspiring team environment

- Maintain a visually appealing and organized counter/gondola

- Ensure all areas are clean and customer-ready at all times

- Assist in inventory management and visual merchandising

- Support the execution of promotional events and activities
