## Description

We are seeking a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Target. As a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, supporting sales goals, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

**Job Details**

- Starting hourly rate: $18.50 USD per hour

- Temporary additional $1 on top of existing $1/hr shift differential for eligible overnight or early morning hours worked (effective 09/20/26 to 01/02/2027)

**Responsibilities**

- Provide exceptional customer service and support sales goals

- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and make recommendations to customers

- Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced retail environment

- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives

- Accurately handle cash register operations

- Climb up and down ladders

- Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely (up to 40 pounds)

- Flexible work schedule (including nights, weekends, and holidays)
