We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of early-stage, AI-native initiatives focused on applying Generative and Agentic AI to clinical trial workflows.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Define product vision and roadmaps for agentic AI initiatives supporting clinical operations

- Lead multiple early-stage investments in parallel, guiding rapid experimentation and scaling decisions

- Partner with clinical and operational leaders to identify high-value use cases and drive adoption

- Translate business and user needs into clear product requirements and delivery priorities

- Work closely with AI and engineering teams in an agile, highly collaborative model

- Define and track KPIs tied to trial speed, quality, and cost efficiency

**Qualifications**

**Must-Haves**

- Experience as a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager in a complex, fast-paced environment

- Strong product judgment and ability to operate with limited information

- Experience working closely with engineering and data/AI teams

- Technical fluency in AI/ML concepts (LLMs, prompt design, agent-based systems)

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

**Bonus Points**

- Experience in clinical development, healthcare, or regulated industries

- Hands-on exposure to Generative or Agentic AI (professional or personal projects)

- Familiarity with agentic frameworks (e.g., LangChain-based patterns, AutoGen, CrewAI)

- Experience with cloud-native AI platforms (Azure, AWS, Snowflake)
