## Description

We are seeking a Beauty Expert to join our team at Cork Airport. As a Beauty Expert, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, championing the art of world-class artistry, and promoting the Charlotte Tilbury brand.

Responsibilities:

- Work at a fast pace to achieve and exceed KPI's

- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals

- Provide expert advice and guidance on Charlotte Tilbury products

- Apply makeup and offer demonstrations to customers

- Maintain a high level of product knowledge

- Follow company grooming standards

Requirements:

- Experience as a Sales Advisor in a fast-paced environment such as beauty, retail, or FMCG

- Ability to work on a shift basis, including early and late shifts

- Flexibility to adapt to change and support managers and colleagues

- Knowledge of makeup application and ability to adapt style to different customers

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
