## Description

This is a training role that prepares you for the Account Sales Manager position.

As a Sales Trainee, you will support sales initiatives and provide route coverage for the Account Sales Manager during vacation, sickness, injury or special projects.

Your main tasks will include:

- Building and maintaining customer relationships between sales, merchandising and operations for all large and small format 'off-premise' stores

- Servicing customers in a safe, productive and professional manner, complying with Red Bull's executional standards

- Expanding your knowledge of Red Bull and its products, and learning how to build and protect the brand

- Setting proper brand flow and ensuring fresh product rotation

- Establishing and maintaining friendly and professional relationships with customers to increase sales

You will also be required to:

- Obtain necessary tools and insights to execute daily plans

- Communicate effectively with Account Sales Managers and Direct Sales Managers on daily priorities

- Cover Account Sales Manager routes as needed

- Meet daily KPIs focused on sales, distribution, pricing, display, new accounts and merchandising

**Responsibilities**

The Sales Trainee is a training role. Upon successful participation in the training program, you are eligible to interview for open Account Sales Manager roles.

**Requirements**

- Valid US Driver's License and obtainment of DOT Medical card

- At least 21 years of age

- Experience in customer service and sales is a plus

- Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays

- English; additional languages an advantage
