## Description

Mastercard's Launch Program is an 18-month program designed to help you build specialized expertise through hands-on experience, structured learning, and mentorship from industry leaders. You will work on real business challenges, applying your skills to projects that create meaningful impact.

As an Associate Consultant, you will collaborate within small teams to help some of the world's biggest brands answer and implement solutions for their most challenging strategic questions. You will create meaningful contributions through ownership of deliverables and building external relationships with clients.

There are four specialization tracks:

- Strategy & Transformation: Guide clients through strategic, tactical, operational, and transformational challenges to enhance performance and operations.

- Performance Analytics: Use quantitative and qualitative skills and enterprise applications to drive data-led consulting solutions for customers.

- Marketing: Develop strategies and lead implementation of marketing campaigns and engagements; evaluate results to drive performance on behalf of Mastercard's clients.

- Deploy: Help clients implement, launch, and scale Mastercard products, platforms, and business transformation initiatives.

Requirements:

- Eligible candidates are at least 3rd-year Bachelor's students, Master's students, or recent graduates.

- Completing your degree before September 2027

- Prior work or internship experience is a plus, though not essential.

- Polish and English fluency (minimum C1) is expected; non-Polish speakers can also be considered if fluent in English plus working proficiency in one other European language.

- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication will set you up to thrive here.
