## Description

We're looking for a Staff Software Engineer to join Okta's Auth0 B2C Authentication domain. You will design and develop features, APIs, and fixes to handle current and future scale. You will leverage AI coding assistants to accelerate software development, audit and secure AI-generated code, and ensure compliance with authentication standards.

Responsibilities:

- Design and develop features, APIs, and fixes for current and future scale

- Be a technical steward of our codebase

- Proactively figure out what's needed to make a project successful

- Help customers have an awesome experience with our products

- Collaborate with the support team for customer questions

- Participate in on-call rotations for troubleshooting production issues

- Lead team discussions and mentor other engineers

Requirements:

- 8+ years of software development experience

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Experience creating public or internal APIs using NodeJS/Javascript/Typescript

- Experience working with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL document databases (MongoDB)

- Experience with mobile CI/CD pipelines (Github Actions)

- Autonomous with a continuous improvement mindset

Nice to have:

- Experience building APIs for Mobile Apps and SDKs

- Experience in the identity and access management (IAM) domain

- Experience with GoLang, Terraform, ReactJS/VueJS

- Deep understanding of NodeJS event loop

- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools
