## Description

This role has been designed as ‘Onsite’ with an expectation that you will primarily work from an HPE partner/customer office.

As a Learning & Development Delivery Specialist, you will deliver engaging technical training in classroom, virtual classroom, and event-based environments. You will train customers, partners, and employees on HPE Networking technologies, including Enterprise, Service Provider, Security, Automation, Cloud, Data Center, AI solutions, and related technologies.

Key responsibilities include:

- Delivering technical training and managing the end-to-end training delivery lifecycle

- Building expertise in emerging networking technologies and supporting new course launches

- Collaborating with course development teams to improve training content

- Representing HPE Networking Education Services as a trusted technical advisor

- Supporting training delivery across Asia Pacific time zones

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in technical training, technical pre-sales, network consulting, or networking implementation/support

- Strong expertise in wireless networking, routing, switching, network security, and cloud-managed networking solutions

- HPE Networking (Juniper) certifications at the JNCIP/JNCIE level

- Excellent presentation, facilitation, verbal, and written communication skills

- Experience using virtual training and collaboration platforms

- Proven ability to deliver customer-focused technical education

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience with HPE Juniper Networking training delivery, courseware development, certification preparation, or technical enablement programs

- Professional or Expert-level HPE Juniper Networking certification

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience

- Fluency in English and willingness to travel up to 50% for regional and global training engagements
