## Description

We're looking for a Benefits Partner to join our Global Benefits team! The Benefits Partner will work as part of a small but mighty team to ensure Dropbox offers competitive benefits to Dropboxers, which are optimized for Dropbox's business goals, values and culture.

Responsibilities:

Support the management of international benefits programs across EMEA, APJ, and NAMER, including leave of absence, disability, life and risk insurance, medical, dental, vision, and pension plans.

Partner with brokers and benefit providers to ensure smooth plan administration, manage renewal cycles, and implement statutory or company-driven updates.

Collaborate with Payroll, HRIS, People Operations, and other internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and efficient benefits administration.

Analyse benefits utilisation, market benchmarks, and employee feedback to generate insights and inform program improvements.

Improve the employee benefits experience by ensuring programs and policies are clearly communicated, accessible, and easy to navigate.

Identify opportunities to enhance processes and operational efficiency across benefits administration.

Build collaborative relationships across the organisation to understand evolving needs and help ensure benefits programs support company objectives.

Requirements:

At least 8+ years of experience in benefits administration or benefits analysis, ideally within a technology or SaaS organisation.

Experience supporting international benefits programs and collaborating with globally distributed teams across multiple time zones.

Understanding of benefits compliance requirements and best practices across multiple regions.

Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesise information and develop thoughtful recommendations.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of an organisation.

Ability to treat employee experience as a product, applying product management and design thinking to understand needs, prototype solutions, and drive execution through strong project management and data-driven iteration.

Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools in the flow of work. Candidates with a pre-existing comfort level & familiarity using AI to enhance productivity are strongly preferred.

Ability and willingness to travel quarterly for in-personal gatherings.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience managing or supporting global benefits programs across EMEA, APJ, and NAMER.

Experience working in a distributed or global technology company.

Strong proficiency with Excel and HR systems such as Workday.

Familiarity with design thinking or product-style approaches to improving employee experience.

Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or similar technologies to enhance productivity.

Compensation:

US Zone 2: $136,200-$184,200 USD

US Zone 3: $121,000-$163,800 USD
