## Description

As a Global Study Manager at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in designing and analyzing clinical trials, interpreting complex medical data, and contributing to the advancement of innovative treatments and therapies.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective clinical trial enrollment, develop and implement comprehensive clinical trial protocols, oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of clinical trials, analyze and interpret clinical trial data, identify trends, and provide insights to optimize study outcomes.

You will also proactively address challenges and implement effective solutions to ensure the successful execution of clinical trials, and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to foster strong partnerships and facilitate smooth trial processes.

To be considered for this role, you will need:

- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in global clinical trial management.

- Proven expertise in designing and executing clinical trials, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements.

- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex medical data.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.

- Detail-oriented and organized, with a track record of successfully managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
