## Description

Join our team in the M&S Café at Fosse Park, Leicester, as a Customer Assistant. This part-time role involves providing excellent customer service, handling orders efficiently, and maintaining high food safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service, making great food and drink recommendations

- Operate efficiently in a high-pressure environment, prioritising orders and managing queues effectively

- Maintain high food safety standards and adhere to company policies

- Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction

- Be digitally confident, using tools to take and fulfil orders quickly

- Adapt to changing situations, demonstrating flexibility and a positive attitude

Schedule:

- Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday: 10:00 - 14:00

- Potential to work up to full-time hours during peak periods (13th and 20th December)

As a Customer Assistant, you will be an ambassador for the M&S brand, delivering five-star service and ensuring a smooth café operation.
