## Description

This role partners directly with enterprise customers across Central and Eastern Europe to drive adoption of the ElevenLabs platform. The focus is on administering onboarding and enablement tactics, advising on best practices for deploying ElevenLabs across web, mobile, and backend systems, and analysing product usage and performance signals to identify friction points.

You will own commercial outcomes across a defined set of accounts, measured by Net Revenue Retention and New Product Expansion, with a strong emphasis on sustained multi-product adoption. You will identify expansion opportunities, drive renewals and upsells, and partner closely with Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success leadership to turn technical success into durable revenue growth.

This is the first dedicated Customer Success role in the region and you’ll be part of an early GTM team. We’re looking for people who are excited to build and not just execute on a playbook.

Responsibilities:

- Administer onboarding and enablement tactics across multiple products

- Advise on best practices for deploying ElevenLabs across web, mobile, and backend systems

- Analyse product usage and performance signals to identify friction points

- Own commercial outcomes across a defined set of accounts

- Identify expansion opportunities, drive renewals and upsells

- Partner closely with Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success leadership

Requirements:

- 7+ years of Customer Success or Account Management experience supporting complex B2B SaaS, Developer Tools, or AI/ML products in the CEE region

- Proven experience driving revenue outcomes, including owning a revenue quota and identifying, qualifying, and closing cross-sell opportunities along with renewals

- Strong understanding of the CEE market landscape and cultural nuances

- Familiarity and experience with building and deploying AI agents

- Familiarity and experience with API Integrations, and comfort and knowledge of navigating SDKs

- Excellent problem-solving, technical, and analytical skills to address customer needs and concerns

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers at all levels of an organisation

- Strong builder mindset

- Fluent in Polish and English
