## Description

As a Senior Digital Account Manager at DEPT®, you will obtain and maintain relationships with clients. You will be an effective communicator, able to orchestrate, navigate, and lead client challenges and opportunities. Your goal is to build solid relationships, prioritize client expectations, and drive flawless client service.

Responsibilities:

- Understand clients' needs and business objectives

- Prioritize and manage clients' expectations across digital projects

- Maintain exceptional relationships with key decision-makers

- Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients

- Research and pursue opportunities for client growth

- Resolve issues proactively to maintain trust

- Prepare regular progress reports and forecasts

Requirements:

- Many years of experience in managing global accounts in digital experience and technology

- Experience working with global clients and managing international teams

- Driven by insights and analysis

- Solid understanding of digital industry dynamics and product delivery

- Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills

- Commercial awareness and ability to connect-the-dots across channels
