## Description

We are seeking a strategic Head of Content who combines creativity, leadership, and business vision. This person will define the content strategy, lead and develop the team, manage external partners, and work cross-functionally to maximize impact.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and drive a focused content strategy aligned with business priorities

- Lead the creative development of content projects, shaping strong narratives and concepts

- Lead end-to-end content projects, ensuring high-quality delivery, operational excellence, and proactive risk management

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure content is effectively distributed and optimized

- Lead the Content team by setting priorities, enabling high performance, and ensuring continuity

- Lead relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and effective collaboration

Requirements:

- At least 7 years of experience as a Senior Content Executive or Executive Producer

- University degree in Communications, Journalism, Film Studies, or similar

- Experience in managing multiple productions, budgets, and partners

- Editorial expertise and knowledge of storytelling principles

- Broad knowledge of media production methods and experience in writing, filming, editing, and production management

- Fluent English and Spanish, written and spoken

- Excellent leadership and team management skills

- Ability to think creatively and strategically

- Ability to work well within a large, international organization

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

- Passion for the Red Bull brand and lifestyle
