## Description

The Senior Project Manager will ensure that the project management team manages projects efficiently and oversees all team needs. The role involves ensuring profitability, assisting the Senior Production Manager, gathering client needs, and promoting technology and automation use.

Responsibilities:

- Production Coordination: Coordinate tasks and responsibilities among the global team, monitor capacity, and report to the Senior Production Manager.

- Processes: Document and maintain processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement efficiencies and technologies.

- Finance: Ensure accounts are within budget, review margins, and analyze cost versus productivity.

- Communication: Communicate regularly and professionally with clients, and supervise daily communication between project managers and clients.

- Client Management: Attend client meetings, coordinate client strategy, and ensure client complaints are addressed promptly.

- Personal Development: Provide support to team members and work with the Senior Production Manager to assess training needs.

Requirements:

- Experience in videogames and/or localization sectors.

- Familiarity with production workflows and CAT tools (especially memoQ).

- Good knowledge of PC and MS Office products.

- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.

- Business-level command of Japanese (JLPT N2 or higher).

- Ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure, and manage sensitive information.
