## Description

As a Freelance Makeup Artist for Charlotte Tilbury, you will be part of the team that promotes and creates makeup magic in store. You will represent the ethos, products, and image of Charlotte Tilbury, and work towards achieving sales targets through exceptional makeup artistry and customer service.

Your main duties will include:

- Sales: striving to achieve event sales goals and sales per hour target, creating brand awareness through the sharing and demonstration of product knowledge, and demonstrating entrepreneurial spirit within company guidelines.

- Customer Service: leading by example to promote the Tilbury Touch and exceptional customer service, and assisting and maintaining an atmosphere of open and positive communication, professionalism, and creativity.

- Operations: ensuring the counter/gondola is 'customer ready' from open to close of business, maintaining excellent counter hygiene standards, and assisting with maintaining required inventory levels, visual merchandising, and executing events.

This role requires strong artistry, sales, and service talents, and the ability to work as part of an elite team to drive business in store.
